SALON COVID POLICY
We take our responsibility to provide a COVID safe environment for our clients. We are following the guidance and have put policies in place accordingly.
Below is our Salon Policy for our clients attending the salon. We are doing everything we can to protect our clients and ask that our clients respect these policies and follow them whilst in the salon receiving treatments.
We are are now working with an Appointment only policy and request client who want to make an appointment either call us, book on line or use the contact us form.
To purchase products please either order on line, we offer a free delivery service to client with an AL6 postcode, phone us or use the contact us form.
We are allowing additional time between clients in order to sanitise the salon. With this in mind we have to adhere very closely to appointment & treatment times to ensure we are prepared for the following appointment. We would appreciate clients turning up on time, not early or late, for their appointments. If they can text when they are outside the property, at the appointment time, then we will let the client in. If a client is late for their appointment it will shorten the treatment time or possibly mean cancelling the appoint which would result in a cancellation charge.
The client will be provide with a new disposable mask which is to be worn at all times in the salon, except when the treatment requires it to be removed. The therapist will be wearing a mask, visor, apron & gloves. The client will be required to either wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds or to use antibacterial hand gel.
