APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

 
  • Customers can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Where the appointment has been made online it must be cancelled online. 

  • Please ensure that where a treatment requires a patch test that that the patch test appointment is booked in for least 48 hours prior to the treatment appointment. Failure to book a patch test where required and the treatment not being able to be carried out will result in the appropriate cancellation fee where the treatment appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

 

  • COVID requirements will be e-mailed to you prior to your appointment and must be adhered to or the appointment will be cancelled and the appropriate cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Where appropriate a consultation form will also be emailed and must be completed and returned a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled and the appropriate cancellation fee being applied.

  • Cancellation Fee - A Fee of 30% of the total treatment/s booked will be charge when cancelling within 24 hours

 

  • A 50% fee of the total treatment/s booked will be charged for a no-show
